Refund and Returns Policy

Please be aware that once a purchase is made, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. However, we do allow for item substitutions if we are notified immediately after the order is placed through email or Instagram direct message. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply do not like the fit or style of the item received, only if the wrong or damaged item is received. If this is the case, please make sure to record a video while opening the package for your claim to be considered.
